We are committed to providing affordable delivery solutions to all our customers. While some shipping methods may be expensive, please note that delivery results will vary depending on the method chosen at the time of payment. In accordance with our official shop policy, the customer will be fully responsible and liable for certain shipping results depending on the shipping standard chosen at the time of order. Possible outcomes include, but are not limited to, loss or delay of shipment, and any damage the package may suffer due to import duties by customs.

We encourage buyers to compare the shipping standards we offer before choosing them at checkout, as they will consider the shipping speed and insurance of each option for their own needs.

We are NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. By choosing any delivery option, you agree to be responsible for the delivery of your order.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, all shipments are expected to be delayed to some extent. Depending on the regular updates provided by our postal service operator, the results of these delays may vary depending on the delivery address. If you wish to receive your order by a certain date, please ensure that you book in advance to allow sufficient time to overcome any shipping delays, or choose an improved shipping method at checkout.

Although in our experience our standard domestic shipments have arrived within 3-5 days of delivery, all US and international shipments are still significantly delayed. For assistance with delayed orders, please contact us at cscc@support.mahui.ca. Please remember that the assistance we can provide is limited to the shipping method you chose when you placed your order.

We deliver worldwide

We are in QUEBEC, so your packages will be delivered from Granby (QC) Canada.

For the moment, we only offer this service to customers living in the Granby area.

Contact us to schedule a pick-up at the shop (cssc@support.mahui.ca).

Delays may vary from country to country, but are no more than 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

UPDATE: Please allow an additional 5-7 working days for packages to arrive due to the pandemic.

We are NOT RESPONSIBLE if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. It is important to write the correct postal address, not PO BOX, to avoid loss.

If there is a mistake in your postal address, please contact us as soon as possible to limit lost orders: cssc@support.mahui.ca (with order number and e-mail address).

If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be charged a reshipment fee of $4.99.

Please write to us (cssc@support.mahui.ca) within 6 hours of your purchase, so that we can change the delivery address, after which the parcel will be sent to the registered address and we will unfortunately not be able to exchange it or refund you.

Alternatively, contact your local post office to reroute your parcel in case of error.

If you wish to have your package reshipped, you will be charged a reshipment fee of $4.99.

Depending on the value of your order, you may have to pay customs fees. The person receiving the package is responsible for paying these charges.

Unfortunately, these costs are beyond our control and vary from country to country and customer to customer, so we cannot predict the amount accurately.

All packages that are returned to our warehouse will be refunded.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
